- The journey details you provide — dates, locations, passengers, luggage, flight number

Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver the booking, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they are commercially useful and then deleted. Booking records are kept for as long as required for accounting and dispute purposes.
