How booking a car and driver works
Four steps, no deposit at enquiry, and one price agreed in writing before anything is committed. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and your Sarothi arriving.

1. You tell us the journey
Message us on WhatsApp or send the enquiry form. What we need is straightforward: when you are travelling, how many people, how much luggage, where you are going and roughly how long you need the vehicle.
If you are landing on a flight, send the flight number. If you are heading somewhere rural, send the village, the union and the nearest bazaar.
2. We recommend and quote
We come back with the vehicle class we think fits and why, and a fixed price for the job. The quote states what is included — the vehicle, the driver, fuel within the agreed area, tolls where they apply — and what is charged separately.
If we think you have asked for the wrong thing, we will say so. A saloon booked for five people with airport luggage helps nobody.
3. You confirm
Once you are happy, we assign a specific vehicle and a specific Sarothi to your booking and send you the confirmation in writing.
Before the day you receive his name, his photograph, the vehicle registration and the agreed meeting point. For airport collections that includes exactly where to walk to.
4. The driver is there
In position ahead of your time. For airport work, timed against the actual flight, with a complimentary waiting period included.
You have one contact throughout, so if a flight is delayed or a plan changes there is a single number to message rather than a chain of people.
What happens when something changes
Flights are delayed, meetings overrun, weddings run late and roads close. None of that is unusual, and the arrangement is built to absorb it rather than to punish it.
For an arrival, the flight is monitored and the driver's timing adjusted at no extra cost — a delay outside your control is never charged as waiting time. For a booking already in progress, message the driver or message us and the change is made; where extra time is involved it is added at the rate agreed when you booked, with nothing renegotiated at the roadside.
Where we cannot accommodate something — a driver already committed to another booking, a vehicle class we cannot confirm for a new date — you will be told at the time and offered an alternative, rather than finding out later.

For airport work, the complimentary waiting period and the rate beyond it.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay a deposit to enquire?
No. Nothing is taken at enquiry. You receive a quote first, and payment terms are agreed in writing before anything is transferred.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Typically within a few hours, and the same day for travel inside 48 hours. If your journey is imminent, say so in the first message.
Can I change my booking after confirming?
Usually yes. Message us as early as you can — changes made days ahead are simple, changes made an hour before departure may not be possible.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor the flight and adjust the driver's arrival. Delays outside your control are not charged as waiting time.
Will I know who is driving before the day?
Yes. You receive your Sarothi's name and photograph along with the vehicle registration before you travel, so you know exactly who is meeting you and what they are driving.
