Corporate car rental and staff transport in Bangladesh

Vehicles and professional drivers for companies, NGOs and development organisations operating in Bangladesh — executive cars, staff pick-and-drop, project vehicles and visitor transport, run on account.

Run on account

Consolidated invoicing rather than settling every journey in cash, with a named contact for bookings and changes.

Visitor-ready drivers

Drivers used to working with international colleagues, airport arrivals and unfamiliar visitors who need patience.

Scales with the work

One executive car this month, four project vehicles and a minibus next. Same account, same contact.

What corporate clients typically need

Executive transport
A dedicated car and driver for senior staff, usually on a monthly arrangement.
Visitor and delegation transport
Airport collection, hotel transfers and meeting runs for visiting head-office colleagues, auditors or clients.
Staff pick-and-drop
Scheduled daily runs for teams, most often by microbus.
Project and field vehicles
Vehicles based outside Dhaka for site work, often SUVs for road conditions in the field.

Why organisations outsource this rather than owning vehicles

Running your own fleet in Bangladesh means employing drivers, managing their leave and overtime, maintaining vehicles, handling fitness and insurance renewals, and finding cover when something breaks. For most organisations that is a distraction from the actual work.

A hire arrangement converts all of it into one predictable monthly line, with cover for downtime built in.

Working with visiting international staff

Visitor transport is where most transport arrangements fall down. A colleague landing at 3am after a long flight, unsure of the arrivals hall, with no local SIM, is exactly the situation that produces a bad first impression of a country.

We treat those movements as their own category: confirmed pickup details sent in advance, flight monitoring, a named driver, and a WhatsApp thread the traveller can use from the moment they land. See airport transfers.

Setting an account up

The practical starting point is a conversation about pattern of use rather than a form. What we need to know is roughly how often vehicles are needed, what for, from which locations, and who inside the organisation is authorised to book.

From that we propose terms: the vehicle classes assigned, how invoicing works and over what period, who your named contact is, and what happens when a vehicle is off the road or a driver is on leave.

Most organisations start smaller than they end up. A single executive car or a run of visitor collections is a perfectly sensible way to begin, and the arrangement scales from there without renegotiating from scratch each time.

Answers

Corporate Transport — your questions

Can we set up an account rather than paying per journey?

Yes. Account terms are agreed per organisation, with consolidated invoicing and a named contact for bookings. Tell us your expected pattern of use and we will propose terms.

Do you provide vehicles for projects outside Dhaka?

Yes. Field and project vehicles based in other divisions are arranged case by case — tell us the location, the duration and the road conditions expected and we will recommend a vehicle class.

Can drivers collect visiting colleagues from the airport at night?

Yes. Overnight and early-morning arrivals are routine. We confirm the meeting point in writing before the flight and give the traveller a WhatsApp contact for the moment they land.

What do you need from us to propose terms?

Roughly how often vehicles are needed and what for, which locations, and who inside the organisation can book. From that we propose vehicle classes, invoicing, a named contact and cover arrangements — most accounts start small and scale.
