So we handle it differently. When you enquire we confirm a specific vehicle against your specific date in writing before you commit to anything. If we cannot supply it to the standard we would put our name to, we will say so and recommend the Luxury 4x4 instead.

Differently from a standard booking. The route, the waiting position, the meeting point and the timings are agreed before the day, with margin built in for traffic rather than optimism.

A senior Sarothi is assigned and briefed on the movement, and you have one named contact reachable throughout rather than a general booking line.

The honest case for this class is not the badge. It is ride quality over surfaces that punish everything else: the broken edges of a rural approach road, the unmade last mile to a village, a long highway run where the difference between adequate and excellent suspension is felt in your back four hours in.

It is also the class that carries presence. For a dignitary arrival, a wedding where the couple's car needs to read as such, or a delegation being met at the airport, that matters and there is no point pretending otherwise.

Where it is genuinely the wrong answer: short city meetings in central Dhaka, anything involving narrow old-town lanes, and journeys where the money is better spent on more days rather than a larger vehicle. We will say so.
