White Toyota Premio-class premium saloon, front three-quarter view

A larger, better-appointed saloon for occasions where the car is part of the impression: senior guests, client collection, a wedding, or a long highway run where ride comfort matters over several hours.

The class most often asked for by name

In Bangladesh the Premio and Allion class occupies a specific social position: it is the car people book when the arrival matters. It is the standard wedding car, the car sent for a visiting relative from abroad, and the one companies use to collect clients from the airport.

Mechanically it is close to the executive saloon, but the cabin is larger, the ride is softer over rough surfaces and the finish is noticeably better — which is what you feel on a five-hour journey up the Dhaka–Sylhet highway.

Wedding use

This is the class most commonly used as the main wedding car. Floral dressing can be arranged; tell us the colour scheme and which venue the car is presenting at, and whether it is needed for the bride's arrival, the groom's party, or both events across separate days.

  • Dressing and ribbon work arranged locally to your colour scheme
  • Driver briefed on venue arrival timings and photography stops
  • Additional vehicles for the wider party booked as one job

Why the Premio holds the position it does

The Premio and Allion occupy a particular place in Bangladesh that does not map neatly onto any European equivalent. They are the car that reads as respectable — the one hired for a wedding, sent to collect a guest who matters, and recognised as such by everyone who sees it arrive.

The practical reasons behind that reputation are real enough: a quieter and better-finished cabin than the Corolla class, more rear legroom, and a body that has proved durable on Bangladeshi roads over many years and a very large number of examples.

The status is what most people are actually booking, though, and there is no reason to be coy about it. If the arrival is the point of the journey, this is usually the right car.

It is also the class where the rear seat is the point. Executive saloons are pleasant to be driven in; this class is noticeably better at it — more legroom behind the front seats, a quieter cabin at speed, and better isolation from the road surface. If the person being driven is the reason for the booking, that difference is the one that matters.

Answers

Premium Saloon questions

Is the premium saloon worth the difference over a standard sedan?

For city travel, rarely. For a wedding, a long highway journey or collecting someone you want to look after properly, yes — the cabin is bigger and the ride is calmer.

Can this car be decorated for a wedding?

Yes. Wedding dressing is arranged on request as part of a wedding car booking. Tell us your colours and venue timings when you enquire.
