The question we ask first
Not which car do you want — but who is travelling, how old are they, and how many cases are there. Those three answers determine the vehicle far more reliably than any online booking form.
A family of five with five international cases does not fit in a saloon, whatever a booking widget says. Nor is a thirteen-seat Grand Cabin the right answer for two adults and a toddler. Getting this right is most of the job.
Travelling with older relatives
A 7-seat MPV with sliding doors and a low, flat floor is usually far easier for elderly passengers than a saloon or a high SUV. It also gives space for a wheelchair or walking frame in the rear.
Tell us in advance if anyone needs assistance, extra time, or a particular seat. It changes which vehicle we send and how the driver plans the stops.
Child seats
Child car seats are not standard in Bangladeshi hire vehicles and are not commonly used locally. If you need one, tell us well in advance and we will confirm honestly whether we can source an appropriate seat for your booking rather than assuming.
Long journeys with the very young and the very old
The five-to-seven hour runs — Dhaka to Sylhet, Dhaka to Chattogram — are entirely manageable with children and elderly relatives aboard, provided the journey is planned as one rather than treated as a straight line.
That means a planned stop with proper facilities rather than whichever roadside spot appears at the moment somebody needs one. It means seating the group before setting off, since the rear rows of a microbus are the worst place to be for anyone prone to travel sickness. And it means departure timing that accounts for a nap or a feed rather than fighting it.

What size vehicle do I need for my family in Bangladesh?
It depends on passengers and luggage together. Four or five people with international cases usually need a 7-seat MPV; larger groups need an 11 or 13-seat microbus. Send us both numbers and we will recommend honestly.
Can you provide a child seat?
Child seats are not standard in Bangladeshi hire vehicles. Ask well in advance and we will confirm whether we can source one for your booking rather than promising and disappointing you.
Can we book one driver for our whole trip?
Yes, and for most families it is the better arrangement. The same driver across several days means your addresses, timings and preferences only need explaining once.
